Returns & Refund Policy — Le Mélange Fashion Collection

Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing lemelange.fashion@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping: Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.

Final-sale items: Gift cards and items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges: Request a return, then place a separate order for the replacement item.
